I am going to review the first three books in this one review since they are a series about the same couple. I LOVED this series. I found out about the author from the FB page of another favorite author of mine, Cat Porter. I am so glad I discovered this series!! I have been binge reading this series over the past 3 days and am currently on book #5. I don't usually like books with such a young heroine and I typically don't like books with such a huge age gap between the hero and heroine. But, Raven was really mature for her age and Gage, well, when you have someone so sexy, what can you say. Plus, I admired the fact that he waited until she was 18, and refused to have sex with her before, even when she tried to seduce him.

So, this is the story of Gage and Raven. Gage is a 32 year old President of an MC. He is sexy, smart, cocky, alpha but not uber alpha and he certainly respects Raven's need for independence, in his own way. He initially thinks he is really into her but not in love with her (which I thought was hilarious; who does all the things he does and puts up with all the things he does because he's "into" her- it was love dummy!). Throughout the three books, we see that there are obstacles that get in the way of Raven and Gage finally being together in EVERY way. I won't give it away but a tragedy strikes the couple and it takes A LOT for them to work thru it, and I do mean a lot. The author does an excellent job depicting the symptoms of depression and PTSD that the character undergoes; and there are times when the character feels so bleak that I felt like weeping for the character. It was rough going for quite a while, but I thought that was realistic. She also did a great job depicting how hard it is to see loved ones go thru mental health crises and feel like there's nothing you can do to help.

The couple FINALLY gets to their HEA. If I had not had all three books available at one time to read, I would have been ticked off with the cliffhangers, but I won't complain because I was able to read the books back to back. I will review book #4 in a separate review, but this series was awesome!

Claimed Death Dealers MC Book 3 edition by Alana Sapphire Hot Tree Editing Romance eBooks Reviews

I really liked it a lot...finally getting all the answers I have been waiting for and was actually quite surprised when the identity of the rapist was revealed.
It was SO full of action, exciting and tense violent retribution and OMG extra hot sex sex sex...so much of it my head was spinning at times and wondered how sweet little Raven could keep up with Gage (especially after her violent attack).
This book also realistically deals with the aftermath of rape and the traumatic effects the victim has to deal with and hopefully come out on the other side in one piece. It was poignant, scary and very sad to read what Raven mentally goes through and yet she empowered herself to fight back in the end.
A really good and satisfying conclusion to the series.

**** 4 **** "say you love me and make me yours forever" stars
This book was meatier, no pun intended, than the first two. There was a better storyline, more suspense, inner and outer conflict, better dialog, characters with individual personalities, and Cage and Raven finally did the deed. A lot. Maybe too much. A man needs to recover before he can go another round. Unless Viagra is involved, which it wasn't.
Also, the reason behind his waiting for her to turn eighteen should be told to the readers right away. His inner conflict. Her not being eighteen wasn't believable since he's such a badass biker who has killed people and that also made the story unbelievable. Raven might not have needed to know but I think the reader did.

In my opinion, had the author combined all three books into one, she would've had one kick ass book. As they are now, book one was their attraction with little conflict with Raven attracted to two men.
Book two was mostly a lot of repetition of sexual tension like in book one. Other than the ending, book two didn't offer much, for me anyways.

Book 1 & 2 end abruptly, which is a peeve of mine and other readers from what I've read in the comments.
I do have the final two books in this series and I'm looking forward to reading them. If they also end on a cliffhanger, chances are I won't read this author again, which is sad because she has talent.
THE WAIT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH IT! It's the perfect ending to an already amazing series. Raven and Gage are two souls meant to be one. First can I just the sex between then is wet your panties set your crotch on fire smokin hot! Gage is walking sex on a stick. A huge stick according to Raven. In book #2 Tempted the end ripped my heart out. This book picks up right where Tempted ended. The addition of Raven's mother and sister was a very pleasant surprise. Dani sounds adorable. I love how you can actually see Gage falling in love with Raven. He changes right in front of our eyes. My favorite part of Alana's books is I feel like I'm watching a movie instead of reading a book. I can feel the characters emotions coming off the pages. Gage's father Chopper definitely kept me entertained and he kept Gage on his toes by letting him know exactly how he feels about Raven. I have to admit I did not see the twist at the end coming but I was so freakin surprised. I'm glad it wasn't who I thought it was. The ending couldn't have been more perfect. I had a permanent smile on my face throughout the entire ending. I EXTREMELY recommend this series to everyone. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU ALANA SAPPHIRE YOU NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE ME! LOVE TO YOU! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT YOU DO NEXT!
